Loretta is a solicitor practising litigation and immigration law at Taylor Hampton. She is also a barrister member of the Middle Temple, having recently been called to the Bar.
She has acted for many high net worth individuals and corporate clients in their UK immigration matters, such as the Tier 1 (Investor) visa, Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa, Innovator visa and sponsor licence. She assists public corporations and high profile private clients in the aerospace, medical, music, education, visual arts, fashion retail, luxury tourism, and information technology industries with their immigration requirements.
Presently, Loretta is the Chinese contact of the Art Due Diligence Group, in respect of dispute resolution and art litigation. She also acts for clients in a range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, aviation claims, clinical negligence and professional negligence claims.
Loretta specialises in assisting Chinese nationals and Chinese-owned companies in the UK with their business establishment and addressing any of their litigation issues.

Loretta is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and she speaks conversational Italian.
She read law at University College London (UCL) after an exchange course at Harvard University.
