Anna Koprowska is an associate solicitor at Taylor Hampton. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in April 2015.
Anna has worked closely with partner Patrick Daulby on his cases since July 2012, as well as expanding her own practice.
Since joining the firm, Anna has gained extensive experience in media law, including phone and email hacking, defamation, privacy, data protection, and breach of intellectual property rights. She has been involved in many high-profile privacy disputes and participated in several actions for injunctions, as well as successfully defending a commercial injunction. Anna is also experienced in civil litigation, including professional negligence, clinical negligence, personal injury, commercial litigation, contractual disputes.
In addition, Anna is also familiar with various enforcement procedures, which are sometimes necessary where an opponent refuses to comply with a judgment awarded against them.
Anna is also familiar with alternative dispute resolution which can be a faster and cheaper way of resolving a dispute outside of court.
She continues to work closely with partner Patrick Daulby, with whom she has represented John Leslie in his proceedings against Mirror Group Newspapers Ltd (MGN) and News Group Ltd (NGN).
Prior to joining Taylor Hampton, she read English Literature and Linguistics at the University of Aberdeen where she gained a Master of Arts.
She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University College, which she passed with a commendation.
Anna is also fluent in Polish.
